Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: January 2026
Welcome to acrrecovery.co.uk. We believe in being fully transparent with our readers about how this website operates and how it is funded. Please read this disclosure carefully before using any links or recommendations found on our site.
1. How This Site Earns Money
acrrecovery.co.uk is an affiliate marketing website. This means that when you click on certain links on our site and register, deposit, or play at one of the featured casinos (including non-GamStop casinos licensed in Curacao and other offshore jurisdictions), we may receive a commission from the casino operator. This commission comes at no additional cost to you — the operator pays us from their own marketing budget.
These affiliate commissions are what allow us to keep the site running, produce free content, and continue researching and reviewing casino sites on your behalf.
2. Editorial Independence
Our commercial relationships with casino operators do not influence our editorial content, rankings, ratings, or reviews. Our review process is based on our own testing and assessment criteria, which may include:
- Licensing and regulatory status
- Game selection and software providers
- Payment methods, withdrawal speeds, and limits
- Bonus terms and wagering requirements
- Customer support quality
- Player feedback and reputation
Where a casino does not meet our standards, we say so — regardless of any commercial arrangement. Rankings reflect our honest editorial opinion, and operators cannot pay for a better review or higher placement.
3. How to Identify Affiliate and Sponsored Links
We aim to make it easy for you to recognise commercial content on our site:
- Affiliate links: Buttons, banners, and outbound links directing you to casino websites are typically affiliate links. These may use tracking URLs so the operator knows you came from our site.
- Sponsored content: Any article, review, or placement that has been paid for by an operator will be clearly labelled as "Sponsored", "Advertisement", or "Paid Promotion".
- Bonus offers: Exclusive bonus deals displayed on our pages are usually provided through our affiliate partnerships.
4. UK Advertising Compliance
As a website targeting readers in Great Britain, we strive to ensure our content complies with the standards set by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and the CAP Code (UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing). This includes:
- Making marketing communications clearly identifiable
- Ensuring promotional claims are accurate and not misleading
- Not targeting individuals under the age of 18
- Promoting responsible gambling practices
Please note that casinos not registered with GamStop are not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and do not hold a UKGC licence. These operators are not subject to UKGC consumer protections. We present information about such sites for informational purposes, and it is your responsibility to understand the risks involved before playing.
5. Your Responsibility as a Reader
By using this website, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction.
- It is your responsibility to verify that online gambling is legal in your location and to check the current terms, conditions, and licensing status of any casino before registering or depositing.
- Information on this site — including bonuses, offers, and casino features — may change without notice, and we cannot guarantee its accuracy at all times.
- Gambling carries inherent financial risk. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
- If you have previously self-excluded via GamStop, we strongly encourage you to respect that decision and seek support rather than seeking ways to gamble.
If you or someone you know is struggling with gambling, free and confidential help is available:
